About The Ferry

– Cost: A round-trip ferry ticket is approximately $50 for day visitors. For overnight stays, the price is around $64 per person.

– Schedule: Ferries operate daily with multiple departures. Typically, the first ferry leaves at 9:00 AM, and the last return ferry is at 4:30 PM. Check the current schedule for any seasonal changes.

– Luggage Allowance: The overnight ticket price includes one small ‘carry-on’ bag up to 7kg  and two pieces of larger luggage up to 17kg each. Extra items incur additional charges, so pack smartly. We’ve got you covered with large reusable bags to help you consolidate your items efficiently.

Easy Gear Transport: Upon arrival, take your camping gear to the ferry terminal. While it may seem like a lot, Maria Island offers trolleys for easy transport from the ferry to the campsite.
